Best emulation of Arcade games

Greetings folks: I was curious to know what is your lot favourite software to play arcade games, made through the years, that hadn't got ever a console port (or which console port was largely inferior to the original arcade game) outside of the largely impractical choice of buying a physical cabinet for a ludicrous amount of cash.

Of course, this topic is focused completly on digital games: physical ones, like claw machines, pachinkos, air hockey, etc. don't figure here, obviously.

Final Burn NEO. Easy to use and config, provided you have some experience with emulators. It also has the run ahead feature through Retroarch to reduce input lag, pretty great stuff for more demanding games like shmups.
