The 3ds is a stunning option for playing games from 2010 on. Sometimes they are more nice than we would guess and sometimes they are just very bad. (Like all things in life, I guess)

These are the ones I'm playing by now:

Does someone else also plays this games?
What are the best and worst 3ds games in Your opinion?

if there were to be a best fire emblem on the system, I'd have to say its shadows of valentia, as I wasnt really into the whole dating sim aspects of its two predecessors, and may well be one of the best fire emblem remakes to date

I don't know if they are the best but the games I love to play the most on my still alive 3ds are The Legend of Zelda: A Link between Worlds, Xenoblade Chronicles, Metal Gear Solid 3, Bravely Default, Bravely Second, Persona Q, Dragon Quest VIII, Rune Factory 4, Resident Evil Revelations, Fire Emblem Echoes, Kenka Bancho 6 and Monster Hunter Double Cross.

Most of the 3DS games I played were usually Pokemon, but once I realized how massive the library was I dabbled into other games. If there is any game I would say is my favorite 3DS game it has to be Shin Megami Tensei IV despite its flaws. I knew absolutely nothing about the game trying it out back in 2016, but it really captivated me with its story, atmosphere, graphics for a 3DS title, and of course the music. It got me to play other Megami Tensei games including Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2.

Kirby Triple Deluxe and Planet Robobot are amazing games for the platform.

The former was even the very first game i bought for the system (although it already came inlcuded with a game: M&L Dream Team) the only REAL issue i have with them (aside from PR's final boss beign fucking awful) is that i HATE the lack of button remapping. Thanks to Rehid that is not a real problem anymore, but im still angry that Kirby Super Star had a perfect control scheme and HAL decided to fuck it up for the Handheld games FOR NO GOOD REASON.

the 3ds version of xenoblade is for sure my favorite rerelease of the game

Best 3ds games:
Ocarina of Time 3D
Majora’s Mask 3D (depending on your view)
Kirby Triple Deluxe
Kirby Planet Robobot
Star Fox 64 3D
Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
Persona Q and Q2
Metroid Samus Returns (Though AM2R is better)
Resident Evil Revelations
Metal Gear Solid 3D: Snake Eater
Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga + Bowser’s Minions
Mario and Luigi Bowser’s Inside Story + Bowser Jr.’s Journey (despite not selling well and killing AlphaDream)
Kid Icarus Uprising

Ace Attorney 5 and 6 and Rhythm Heaven Mega Mix were the only ones I really played. But they were all good and memorable experiences.

Games that loads have said already; SMT IV Bravely Default, Bravely Second etc.
One note about Shin Megami Tensei IV is that there is two "versions"; The base game and "Apocalypse Edition". These are not the same game, but different routes and Apocalypse is made for people who played the first one through. SMT Vengeance actually does the same idea, but packs both routes into the new title, while 3DS might had constraints about that or Atlus had money making ideas in their head. If you are interested in the game, do note that Apocalypse is not same as "Royal" as the experience will be substantially different from the main game before it.

I feel somewhat different from scrolling my actual 3D through to remember some titles I really remember. I cannot tell how fun street pass was as a thing when it was a thing, and nothing can quite replicate that feature and big N-word was truly dead inside when they did not think doing it again with switch.
Zelda: Link Between Worlds, To some last good 2D zelda experience, even if it is in 3D, and uses that for it's gameplay gimmicks. Absolutely nice Zelda adventure that for long time was last of it's kind as re-releases and HD editions were only things added. Have not heard does the new game with actual Zelda hold a candle to this one.
Virtue's Last Reward, (& 999) Though this is not a recommendation to play it on 3DS or an 3DS emulator, there is also generally superior Vita version as well as collection that has versions on PC and consoles, vita too (so vita has two releases of VLR and that is fun). To me though, VLR is a special game for 3DS as it was first one I bought for it, and after the end was glad I got the console and the game. There is a nasty 3DS exclusive bug though, where one should avoid saving in certain puzzle rooms or scenes and if you do, you need to wipe your save and start clean over. I do use this though to implore and recommend also Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors or 999 and implore anyone with a 3DS or DS to play this game for the first time with that version. Maybe even emulator, but first experience with the new version, even if it has excellent voice acting at least in Japanese, is very much a diminished one.
Professor Layton Vs. Phoenix Wright. This one is somewhat forgotten but a great ride and possible cross introduction point for fans of one series into the other. This one also has not had any release on other platforms and remains true exclusive where the Wright games have not. There is also 3DS layton games few having versions for mobile but not all of them. Fun note is that Wright sections have a unique gameplay mechanic from the "Great Ace Attorney" series that did not come outside Japan for longest time, making it for long the only game with the mechanic for western players.

Link Between Worlds was a blast. Next to Awakening at the top of all the Zelda's I played.

Got it running in the VR headset but I would rewatch it with red and cyan glasses sometimes as well. The colors are so cartoony and saturated that they translate quite well with recent anaglyph shaders. If you got a 3D TV, a VR headset or plain good old anaglyph glasses you can check my settings here :

Is no one seriously not gonna mention Smash Bros of 3DS? I would go with Fantasy Life & Yokai Blasters Red. I kick myself everytime for not knowing Return to PoPoLoCrois was on the damn system...

Kid icarus can easily be the best 3DS game
it stands out so much, the action, the great visuals, the excellent use of 3D (i never use it except this game) how it wasn't a console game i'll never know. remake it nintendo please!?

I really really like Bravely Second, it's not only to me the BEST FINAL FANTASY GAME (its basically FF gameplay like FF5 more so) but so far my favorite JRPG ever. i wish second gets a remaster
btw, NOT DEFAULT 2, BRAVELY SECOND, they are not the same game, thank square enix for that.

I really like fire emblem awakening, more than fates, idk why, maybe the multiplayer stuff was good, maybe i wasn't a fan of the 2 seperate games plus DLC side ( i did all 3 routes of Fates, i think it should've just been Revelations and thats it) or just the story was better to me on Awakening.
have not played shadows of valentina so we'll see how that goes.

Dragon quest 7 and 8 are very good on 3DS, idc what anyone says, they were NOT better on PS1/Ps2
DQ7 on PS1 was SUPER SUPER SLOW, it's the longest DQ game in the series, you spent almost 2 HOURS not fighting a single monster at the intro!! the 3DS DQ7 streamlined this to a couple of MINUTES, still very long on 3DS (over 100 hours i never spent that much time on a DQ game)
DQ8 yeah the ps2 version is obsolete, 3DS verison has MORE content, sidequests, postgame, PLAYABLE CHARACTERS, new story scenes. camera missions, new skill trees. it's also faster than ps2, no load times, faster combat speed (as an option) i forget what else there's too much better
both games on emulation look amazing if the low graphics bug you, and a music patch for 8,

the 3DS donkey kong country returns is cool, if you don't have access to the switch remake, it's not terribly diferent other than resolution. had a blast on the SNES donkey kong country games and this is right up there. harder to multiplayer on 3DS obviously.

the Zelda ocarina of time and Majoras mask 3DS versions are much improved over their originals,
i actually hated majoras mask on N64, the game put too much pressure of time and it made it un-fun most of the time... i used cheats to stop the timer on N64 version and had way more fun
the 3DS majoras mask is so much more easier to manage, slower timer, a quest book, with reminders for time sensitive quests popping up, and way more save points! and some things don't repeat on each time loop.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy curtain call, its so much fun if you love rhythm games
yes theres a newer game out there (final bar line) but they're both different enough. and playing on the touch screen is an experience. i like the quest mode on 3DS over the newer one

Puzzle and dragons Z + super mario bros
if you really like puzzle games, match 3 games (it's much more you can move pieces anywhere not just one square nearby) with a mix of RPG in there, this is fun, and feels better on a 3DS screen (sliding pieces around by stylus) but works well on emulation and mouse too. its two different games, the mario side is obvious, and the Z side is it's own original story. Z side is more complex.
i was a huge fan of puzzle quest so i liked this one just as well.

sonic generations, the 3DS has different levels, i like this and the console version generations, top sonic games, before it all got progressively worse.
(sonic x shadow generations is so much fun on a side note)
the 3ds sonic colors is almost entirely different, i like the 3ds one more actually

River City Rival showdown, played well on 3DS, the newer PC/console port has it's changes (like local co-op) check it out, if you've never played any river city/Kunio kun game, this is the First River City NES game remade. there's also tokyo rumble a much shorter game, and river city three kingdoms, extremely dialog heavy but basically playing out dynasty warrior like plot

i'll stop here, i have a huge backlog of 3DS games which is most of what everyone else said here.

other mentions: project x zone, 1 and 2, massive crossover SRPG with capcom, namco, nintendo, etc.
code of princess (has newer port) beat em up, very similar to guardian heroes.

kid icarus uprising! it had the most play time out of any 3ds game i owned back then almost solely cause of the light vs dark

Pokemon X and Y, Driver 3ds, kingdom hearts 3d dream drop distance, Nintendo Fantasy Life, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate 3ds, Metroid Samus Returns 3ds and Metal Gear Solid Sake Eater 3ds.

Sonic Generations 3DS isn't that great and Sonic Colors wasn't even on the 3DS, its a DS game.
