Oh man, one of my favorite shows of all time. Mike Judge tends to make good stuff, but Beavis and Butt-Head is his best, followed closely by King of the Hill. So many good episodes. Most Wanted, Trouble Urinating, Rabies Scare, Pool Toys, Beavis and Butt-Head's Island, Butt Is It Art?, Beard Boys, Buttniks (might be my favorite), Bang the Drum Slowly Dumbass, Another Friday Night, Spanish Fly, Blood Pressure (another top favorite), Prank Call, Yard Sale, Nose Bleed, A Great Day, blah blah blah. That's enough, plenty of other great ones too. x) Went a bit overboard there. Really, there's more good than bad. Do America is great as well, though I wasn't a huge fan of Do the Universe. Was never a fan of the games, but they're fun to watch LPs of.
You can find a good chunk of the music videos on YouTube, but yeah, no full collection. The most complete collection of both episodes and music videos I've found is called the King Turd Collection. The quality can be a bit uneven because it's made through a mixture of DVD and VHS recordings, but I can deal. If anyone knows of a more complete collection, let me know!
