Beatles Fans?

My dad was a huge Beatles fan and taught me all about them. He was a teenager in the late 60's early 70s when Beatlemania took over. Has a bunch of vinyl Beatles albums and memorabilia. I do like them but I don't know if I can classify myself as a super fan.

Huge Beatles fan from Rubber Soul to Let it Be. Also enjoy Lennon's solo career, as well as Paul's Wings.

This is the Beatle's most underrated song imo. This would of made a great JRPG theme.

My parents are Beatles fan and I kinda hear a lot of their songs growing up, but never get it to the fandom like they did. My favorite Beatles songs are Help, Let it be, The Fool on the hill, Blackbird and Penny Lane.

see if you can spot all 4 beatles in this photo, and how long it takes you to spot all 4.

Like many girls her age, my mom was a big fan of the Beatles. She doesn't have all their records on vinyl, but she has at least half them, as well as some on cassette and CD. Naturally, I grew up listening to them because of this! I even watched their live action films, though I couldn't tell you a single thing about them now. x) Yellow Submarine is permanently etched into my brain however. I don't really have a favorite album, just a large smattering of songs I like. I shall drop five in here with my favorite being the first.

Oh, my mom and I also saw one of the Beatles cover bands years ago and it was interesting. Couldn't tell you which of the cover bands they were, but I believe they were from the Midwest at least. Anyway, I know their whole schtick is to pretend to be the Beatles, but them referring to one another as John, Paul, George and Ringo between songs just felt weird to me.

Finally, that made me think of one personal moment between my mom and I. She was very much not a fan of my bisexuality when I came out and wanted me to just not bring it up or anything. I didn't, but a few years later we were eating some shitty Chinese food and ended up having a conversation about which of the Beatles was the most attractive. She is in camp John, I'm in camp Paul. It was a really special moment for me, it was the start of her accepting me and now we're very open to one another about most things. Even hot guys (Idris Elba is both of our #1 pick).
