What kind of adapter card are you using? :'d? Does Twilight Menu working for all your roms except this homebrew? If not the case, maybe you must change to another program like YS Menu or something else, :ss. I'm not expert on that, x'd, but GBAtemp.net has a bunch of specific programs for many adapter card types, :d¡ I hope it helps you, :').
