Well, depending on if you count a Japanese release or not. I don't think any Toshinden game missed a Japanese version. The PAL release of 4 is just garbage though isn't it? Not that 4 is popular in general.

4th game was released only in Japan and Europe. Never received an NTSC release, and honestly, it's not much of a miss. There is also a Toshinden game for the Wii, but the less said about that one, the better.
