I didn't care for this one as much as the first NES Baseball Stars. Should had been an improved version of the first one, but SNK struck out on it.

Best way I can describe this version of "Baseball Stars II" is "Diet Baseball Stars 1." It's LOOKS like the original, but is missing certain aspects that made the original so memorable.

Pretty much! it's here only for the sake of completeness (and also the fact I like Baseball and don't like soccer - soft anti world cup countercurrent).
