We got any bakers on the forum? Who here enjoys a bit of baking? I really only use pre-packaged cake mixes myself. They're pretty easy to make and you don't need much extra besides some water and a few eggs.

Today, I made some orange and poppyseed muffins :)

Any favourite recipes or mixes y'all like to make? :D

I bake for the kids sometimes, mostly cake mix, torta fritas and buñuelos.

I don't really follow any recipes, but I enjoy everything about the process (well... Except cleaning up after, once the leftover flour has to be dealt with ).
