Back in 2015, 10 year old me searched "steam on my tv" after digging in my old search history

I'm pretty sure you could use a tv as a computer monitor in 2015. I distinctly recall doing this on many occasions to watch movies and play PC games.

I know. Hdmi's been around for quite a while now. I don't understand how op predicted something that already existed. Actually, I remember having a computer with a video card with an RCA video out port on it before steam even existed.

Yeah idk either. Steam machines have been around since about 2015 as well.

you could, but it wasn't steam integrated if you know what I mean, you had to already have a pc. but for the steam deck's case, its the closest we ever have to a steam console in 2025

steam machines didn't perform well. did you read the thread or just the title
