A trophy like the one we get for contributing to the duplicate hunters forum game, but aimed to positively reinforce the rules we already have. This has been implemented in other xenforo forums successfully.

Yeah, I too am leaving the decision to the userbase and I think medals for softening the burnout of mod work would be good not only for the health of the forum, but indeed for the health of the mods as individuals.

To be clear, I don't think you're doing anything wrong by challenging the opinion of us who disagree (my post sort of looked like I was implying that in hindsight).

In all honesty, managing to do this would be a feat here so a trophy would be well-earned

There's someone on an old forum I used to visit that's been on (their version of) Reader Mode since 2006.

It's not automatically renewed, either.

I can't forecast, seems pretty much reasonable and there are successful cases supporting the implementation.
