Hello, I recently got the whole megacd set in chd format from the mame software chd collection, after setting it up in launchbox and retroarch (picodrive) I noticed that in some games the audio is ahead of the video, especially in cinematic scenes (not in FMVs) during gameplay there are no issues.
Has anyone had any experience with this?

I attached a video link of the problem, you can hear the car stopping before it arrives, the sound of the elevator doors opening and the keypad beeps sounds before they are pressed

Apart from the emulators that Crow recommended, if you use Retroarch, is better to use the genesis-plus-gx core than the Picodrive one.
Also CHDs have some problems with CD based games, especially the ones with multitrack files for audio.

I was actually using that core first, I even tried to play around with the latency setting but the audio was still ahead of the video, gonna try using plain cue and bin files too see if that fixes it too

EDIT: Same thing with the cue and bin files, the audio is still ahead of the image
