Also, this is an AMA, so I guess I should answer this sincerely.

90% of the time, it's not stressful at all. In fact, it's actually quite rewarding. The other 10% can be rather trying (this is just my personal feelings).

I find myself spending a significant chunk of my time here reading through reports and wondering how to put out fires that crop up here and there so you could say it's stressful in that sense. All that time wasted when I could be shitposting like I used to

Seeing people triggering themselves or each other over every tiny little thing is rarely fun. Same goes for trying to balance between expectations of various users, especially the vocal ones. It's not a jab at anyone specific. I know that at least some of them do what they do because they care and I have no-one to blame but myself for taking the badge so whenever something that would be particularly soul-draining happens I ask myself:

and act accordingly to the best of my ability.

Not really.

I have managed quite a few communities over the years and this one sits comfortably in the middle between "Paradise" and "Self-Inflicted Brain Damage Through Facepalming".
