Favorite video game genre?

This is hard, I like almost anything from RPG to Dude Bro Shooter 2000. I think it's easier to give you a genre that I'm not really fond at, which is RTS.
Oh and I don't play online-only games unless there is an extremely a good reason to.

What things do you like to do?

Video games obviously haha, other than that I collect figures and CDs, I watch movies and tokusatsu and anime on regular basis.
Let's see what else, I have obsession on personalizing things, everything has to be red, PC? Phone? Car? Paint it red, put some bling on it, add some personal touch, I don't like it when my stuff looks generic.

Who's the girl from your avatar and what makes you like her?

Piyori from Disgaea 6, she is the new generation Prism Red whom usually a flat male character, a female red is pretty rare even for a Sentai standard. She isn't my fav Disgaea character tho, that title goes to Vulcanus from 4.

Favorite Videogame from your childhood?

I love beat-em-up side scroller when I was a brat, luckily grew up with PS1 and there are tons of it, some of my faves are Cyborg Kuro-chan, Gear Fighter Dendoh, Panzer Bandit, and Mad Stalker Fullmetal Force.

Who is the best Sakura Wars girl?

This is a question that I constantly asked myself countless times before and I still don't have an answer yet, so have a seat we will be here for a while.

From the humble beginning, Teito Imperial Division, that would be Sumire, I like self-centered person like her because you can see their true qualities from their companions, someone like that don't normally have friends if they are truly rotten on the inside, but not her, she is close to everyone else besides Sakura at the beginning, it speaks to how genuine she actually is inside. If you bug her in game during free time especially when she is alone we can see that she does care about others and would go out of her way to help them, she just put up a tough girl facade in front of people due to her strict upbringing. Sadly in the OVA she looks more like a jerk due to the anime is shown from Sakura perspective and those moments in game are left unexplored.

Move on to Paris Division, Lobelia, I admit this one is a extremely biased, I'm a huge fan of her seiyuu Kikko nee-sama, let's start there.
On the span of her career back then she always play a role of a kind, soft spoken, ara ara elder sister type. Fun fact, Belldandy from Oh My Goddess is based on herself, and she really is an IRL Belldandy, always smiling, can't even hurt a fly, used to work as a teacher but failed miserably since she can't get mad at all, her daughter confirmed she never seen her angry even once in her entire life.
Now imagine a goddess like that play a role of hardass pyromancer criminal, that's the beauty of it for me.
This was also her first role outside of the stereotype and boy it shows. Lobelia is genuinely a jerk at the beginning of the game and the only thing she cares about is reducing her prison sentences, but she slowly opens up later on and become a heroic figure without throwing away much of the jerkassery, which is part of Lobelia's charm to begin with. The stage shows just added to the awesomeness, pick any Kayou shows where she appear on stage, during the play whenever she is not on the spotlight if you look carefully you can see she INSTANTLY reverts to the original graceful lady persona. That's the gap moe for me dude.

Next is Star Division, my pick would be Gemini, I like someone who is ever curious and doesn't let anything get 'em down, and this is just me but everyone else sans her and Diana are unreasonably rude to Shinjiro which sorta part of the reason why I don't prefer the others.
She is also the only person on the team whom you can bring along in every chapter to walk around New York - and this is where she shines the most to me, because she is also the only one who never forced her opinion on you. When you're with her, she expects you to enjoy the moment together and gives you room to take a moment and make a conclusion for yourself. While this makes her look like a simple naive person, I believe this is her biggest strength, to enjoy the little things in life and find joy in it, ain't that how we ought to live our lifes?

Lastly, the New Imperial Division, sorry but I'm a little bit biased again with the seiyuu, I like Hatsuho.
This one kinda complicated, she is like the combination of Sumire for all her insecurities and Kanna for everything else. Sure she is the dumb muscle character archetype and she don't have a dedicated chapter just like Kohran (Damn you Sega) so all the interactions we have is through the free time in the middle of every chapter. I can relate to the fact that in each passing chapter she felt inadequate as member of the troupe, everyone else has their own quirk and strength and she is afraid she will be left behind, eventually she accept the fact that her greatest asset is to hit whatever in front of her as hard she can.

Oookay, so out of all 4, do I have an answer? No, I still can't decide. To me, they are all the top 1 of their respective divisions.
