It's not bad, having 8 limbs is pretty nice. It does suck considering I live on dry land and therefore am constantly dying, though; that's pretty rough. How is it like living as a Cephalopod?
I'm partial to the Xbox One controller, the textured grip feels nice on my suckers.Which first party controller fits most comfortably in your little octopus hands?
Better find some other treasure, man; that shits' mine.Where's the treasure?

It was pretty good, did my usual weekend stuff; played some TTRPGs, made some dark chocolate and butterscotch cookies, made some bomb pizza wraps on Saturday, and played a solid 6 hours of Mass Effect: Andromeda. Just a regular weekend. How have you been, bro? Had a cool weekend?
Across any edition, monks. Running up to ungodly fantasy monsters, punching them in the face (potentially stunning them, edition depending) then running away at like +40 base movement speed or whatever is just too good for me. After that, it's harder to pinpoint a favourite but I usually go for a rogue or a straight fighter. For prestige classes, I'd say probably Dragon Disciples from Pathfinder as they're right up my alley. What classes in D&D are you partial to? Prestige classes are acceptable answers too.
Damn, I didn't realise I was pulling people in; thank you my friend. I'd been going on ᏟDᏒ for a good little bit for obvious reasons, then one day decided to open up the comments section on some upload for no particular reason (I think it was the windows fan port of Blade 2?) and saw Spike's post about wanting writers. I'd always been thinking of doing game writing (and writing in general of some form) since I was still in high school watching Zero Punctuation, but I'm actually a severely socially nervous and shy person, especially in new situations, and could never get myself to do it. I mulled it over for a long time, then really pushed myself and went for it; I got into the replayers bulletin board thing, which turned into this. I stayed because why not, this place is great; and once I posted once or twice I got over my anxiety over it.Octopus, as one of the first people who joined the RGT forums, I gotta ask: How did you find out about this place, and what made you stay? You're the first member I ever remember reading the posts of, so I guess you're responsible for me joining, too.
Fried chicken, I think the earwax would blend in a little bit with the breading.Would you rather eat a raw steak soaked in sweat or fried chicken fried in earwax?
I got buried pretty quick when the AMA goldrush happened, shit moved fast that day.Huh I never asked anything here. Do you agree Batman is pretty fucking terrible? I’m hoping your impartial opinion that will conveniently line up with mine!
Putting all that nonesense aside though, what’s your favorite pizza topping?
I love you so much.pineapple for my favourite pizza topping.
Yeah, I didn't notice either! We should really do something about all this necro-posting ay? /jI didn't notice this got bumped recently, buuuuuut hey, here's a question:
You've written a bunch of articles, about Spawn, and Silver Surfer, and even good games, sometimes. I always enjoy reading them and sharing my opinion, but I'm curious about yours! Which did you like best, which of your many intellectual children is the favorite when you think the rest can't hear you?
One of these days I should convince Spike to make you a mod, having to convince your friends to “keep it on-topic” and playing nice, while one finger on the monkeys paw slowly curls.Yeah, I didn't notice either! We should really do something about all this necro-posting ay? /j
Good lord, Anti'd give me a warning in the first 12 seconds. One of these days I should convince Spike to make you a mod, having to convince your friends to “keep it on-topic” and playing nice, while one finger on the monkeys paw slowly curls.
That's a good one, I actually had to go over my Google drive folder to remember all of them actually. I like my Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance article, that's when my reviewing style I think fully formed and I also love the games, obviously. I also like my gamebook articles and the two DnD ones, but I wouldn't be surprised if those are some of my least viewed articles. Some of my Marvel articles I think I'd actually say are some of my favourites, some of them I felt particularly inspired in; I think the 16-bit consoles articles came out really well, and I'm actually a fan of the second GBA I just put out. Luckily there aren't really any articles I'd say are the redheaded stepchild of my children, just some that I think I wasn't quite as into or inspired with like my Crusader article. You've written a bunch of articles, about Spawn, and Silver Surfer, and even good games, sometimes. I have to go with a basic one, EA. The amount of companies they've devoured then forced the slimy remains of into indentured servitude is just insane, and they've been some of my favourite companies; I'll never get over Visceral/Redwood Studios or BioWare.Who’s your most hated game dev/publisher?
Too Human on the 360, no doubt. I play a lot of janky games, but that one is king and I'll defend it anytime.Octopus, what's you're favorite "Bad" game? Something that's pretty awful or janky but you still enjoy it.
I like Warren Ellis's Transmetropolitan, love the art and I'm a huge fan of cyberpunk/transhumanism stuff. I also really the Fables series, I started reading it after I played the Wolf Among Us (which was also exceptional of course), really enjoyed it. And last but not least, goddamn Savage Sword of Conan. What's your favorite comic that doesn't have to do with superheroes?
Ah, the views are weird and arbitrary on here anyways. (It's all 1k or less, except for like six articles that got tens of thousands back in April for some reason). It definitely sounds like you enjoy, well, writing about the games you enjoy. I'm not surprised you tapped out on the Andromeda piece; it's tough to maintain the negativity in the end. That's a good one, I actually had to go over my Google drive folder to remember all of them actually. LETS GOOOOOO*cough*- let's go, yay Conan. And last but not least, goddamn Savage Sword of Conan.
I enjoy writing about games at least, as I can't say I enjoyed playing all of them. But I do also enjoy playing bad games, to a certain extent? I guess I'm pretty suited for this whole thing, actually. It definitely sounds like you enjoy, well, writing about the games you enjoy.
