Aria of sorrow patch?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. But a few days/a week ago, there was a an aria of sorrow Arabic patched among the roms. However, it's no longer there for whatever reason.

Anybody knows what happened to it or have a link to it? Thanks in advance.
