Are you a button racer or a joystick racer?

When it comes to racing games, do you prefer to control your vehicle/character/whatever with either your D-pad (could also be a keyboard), joystick or something else entirely?

Depends if the game is 2D or 3D but D-buttons makes easier to play most times.

For F-zero, joystick all the way.

I use the analog joysticks, since they usually perform better concerning corners and the such

I prefer the Joystick whenever possible but I also play a lot of Retro Ps1 Racing games like Ridge Racer 1
and similar once who force me to play with buttons (Cross) since it does not recongnize the Joysticks.

And I play them ps3 this is why if I played on PC it would be easily fixed.
