Are there any games where you've developed unforgettable muscle memory?

Like damn I just played super Mario Nes after like 10 years maybe
And I felt like my hands are playing it automatically and I'm still good
Also for some reason I'm unable to forget that 10 hit king combo from Tekken 3

Stepmania for me. It's a rhythm game I've played since 2015 or so. I've had very long pauses from playing it, but the muscle memory is still there for the most part (It's not the same for my stamina though lol)

Other than that, it's been years since I played any smash game, but a friend invited me to play Ultimate a month ago, and I saw that I still remembered how to play as Marth! He was also the character I probably had less trouble using during the whole session.

Racing and Platforming, two of these genre made my hands sweating, but sometimes it feels like it moved on it's own. I didn't really noticed it until recently, automatic mechanism?
How Is That Even Possible Steelo Brim GIF by First We Feast

The two things that come to mind for me are the PS1 wipeout games, and the soulcalibur series.

Yeah and sometimes the automatic thing is too good that it plays on its own
Like I get distracted mid game yet still doing fine

Sonic 3 & Knuckles. I've played this game so many times it's gotten to the point where I know exactly where each giant ring zone is located and what the secret paths are.
