I stumbled into a live show once where the woman who did the voice of the hospital announcer was reciting all her lines from the game while the soundtrack played in the background

It's a "real time" hospital management ""simulator"", the best parts are its silly humor and fake diseases.

I also have it on GOG most games I have on gog are old school one. I do have Cyberpunk 2077 on gog becuse it was like 20 bucks on a sale but man do I wish I had it on steam just so I can get the Achivments.

I like the achievements as well i dont have retro achievements set up on my gaming build yet but i will when i get the new update.
