I Currently got 8 Gigs of ram intel R G5905 Celeron processor 128 MB graphics card

Cemu is not very demanding, you need a CPU with at least 4 cores and 1800 points or more of single thread rating on the CPU mark test and 8GB of ram. For the GPU anything from a GT 1030, GTX 750TI or above should be enough. And that is for breath of the wild, for lighter games you need even less

We can kinda be thankful that the Wii U, like the Wii, isn't a powerful hardware and doesn't have a complex architecture like the PS3.
