Anyone else reinvigorated for Digimon since theres a new game?

Time Stranger is coming soon and i'm very excited. Love a bit of digimon and it's in the cyber sleuth format it seems; Plays like pokemon but looks like an ecchi manga.

Got myself the gen2 DMX vPets to play with while i wait for it to come out, anyone else a tamagotchi/vpet fan?

Yes! I’ve obtained all Digimon data in both cyber sleuth games and fought all the dlc bosses, but I didn’t get all capsules so I was missing one trophy in each set haha. But it’s practically 100%, so I’m fully prepared to commit the full nine yard for Time Stranger as well, cant wait!

Also eagerly anticipating this one. I used to watch the series growing up when it first premiered in the late 90's/early 2000's but over here we only got the first two series and the movie brought over. Then once Cyber Sleuth got a Steam release I went and watched pretty much all the series (except App Monsters) and the movies all the way up to Ghost Game and now I'm also awaiting for the new show that's gonna come out

If all goes well it may become my GOTY of the Year.

Yeah I'm pretty hyped up about the new digimon game , and seeing my little cousin playing world new order made me more hyped up ( spoiler she didn't liked the game )

I can say I don't know anything about them (anime, games, other), but I have the two titles for the PSVita in my backlog (the ones with turn-based battles). I've started the first for a few hours and then I think I played something else, but I was liking it (though I assumed it was like Pokemon but the level-up / evolution thing is quite different)

I dont remember anyone saying that the game has any ecchi, just that the target was teen/adults

If is about the art style, that has been around since Digitize (and SMT) and people just roll with it

Yeah that's why i stick with the first like 3 seasons of the anime and that's it. That's Digimon to me. The first two generations of the Digidestined.

When it comes to Digimon games you only need to ask one question about the gameplay:

Does the Digimons die?

If yes, then is time to take those oversized pieces of meat and point your digimons to the toilet or they will die fast!

If no, gotta do those random battle to fill the % so you can convert the data and get your new Digimon

Funny how with just that you know what the gameplay will be about and how you will farm

preordered the game along with the new inazuma eleven game just right now, i won't play it right away thou, still have to finish cybersleuth, but time stranger seems really cool too!!

Hell yeah!
I've always been a Digimon fan and I try to play any of the games that come out.
Granted a bunch of them are stinky but still playing at least once.
