Anyone Else Listen to Music While Reading Manga (...or is it just me lol)?

I was rereading the first volume of "Kaya-chan wa Kowakunai" while listening to "Phantasmal Jokers" from "Mickey Mania". I flip-flopped between the SNES, Genesis and Sega CD renditions after finishing each chapter and ultimately that the Sega CD version of the song best suited a horror series like Kaya-chan.

I either try to pick songs that fit the atmosphere or just something random so I'm not bored. I remember reading "Miracle Girls" while listening to "Boo Night Fever" from "Paper Mario: Sticker Star".

I do, I'd go with my playlists usually but sometimes I'll put on nice bgms from the anime adaptations of whatever I'm reading.

Same! I've still got to finish Uzumaki and Tomi. Might have to set up some ambient spooky/desperate silent hill type sound track or something.

I have trouble reading/writing with music playing. On account of my rampant ADHD, attention is difficult for me. So I have to really focus on something if I want to see it through.
That said, I have been trying it recently. When I do, I listen primarily to jazz or specifically the Adachi to Shimamura and VA-11 Hall-A OST.
