Any recommendations for ghost hunt channels on YouTube?

I know of professional channels like Ghost Hunters and Ghost Adventures, as well as annoying loudmouth teen slob like Exploring With Josh, but what I am more specifically looking for is the casual laidback explorers with their handheld camera who talk as they explore with no narrated B-footage. Like Smash TV Canada (link) who unfortunately haven't made anything for 14 years. Does anyone make "homemade" low budget content like this anymore?

What I also like about these guys, unlike the fakers mentioned above, is that they don't fake anything to try and engage the viewers or drive up excitement. They just calmly small talk as they explore and comment on what they see.

Something like that is interesting but the problem is you don't know if something like this is real or just played. Everyone has to decide for themselves what they believe or not. I look from time to time Midwest Ghost Hunter and Franko TV the two are very entertaining .

Have you heard of the Australian Youtuber Spanian? well before he was famous him and his mate made ghost hunt videos, they are not anything special but maybe worth a watch. (these were recorded around 3-4 years ago, but his mate recently uploaded them to his channel).

Ghost Files and BuzzFeed Unsolved, both with Ryan Bergara and Shane Madej.

I really don't like ghost hunting stuff because I don't believe in the paranormal, but my roommates got me watching these two guys and they're pretty funny. There's a component where only one of them is a "believer" and the other is more cynical, which combined with the humor makes it far more tolerable for me.
