The anime...sque character I'd go on a date with is Marie from Tomato Clinic.

Cheating a lil' bit cuz it's a visual novel character but I wouldn't pick anyone else over her.

She's emphatic, understanding, energetic and tries to keep up the optimistic energy even when she's feeling nervous on the inside. Also she's a vampire.
