Heck yeah! I love Phealous, I'm so glad to see him in the comments of a Dingo game even on a ROM website. I could not install this garbage on my BattleXP fast enough.

it is. midas interactive and phoenix games took the original movie made by dingo pictures and put it on the psx and ps2. they did this a lot with their movies. the youtuber phelous has a bunch of videos about their movie catalog and he goes over some background info of the company and whatever he can find out about the movie in question.

Heck yeah! I love Phealous, I'm so glad to see him in the comments of a Dingo game even on a ROM website. I could not install this garbage on my BattleXP fast enough.

Ah, Dingo Pictures cartoons. Their INCREDIBLY low budgets blended perfectly with bad voice acting and reusing the same assets + bland music across ALL of their cartoons make an uncanny, yet enjoyable experience... for all the wrong reasons.

Wait this was a game? For years I just assumed it was a feature-length film.

It IS a film. However, "The Code Monkeys" were responsible for porting a good majority of their cartoons to the PS1, PS2 and the DS. Each release featured the cartoons themselves, as well as some crappy minigames and a coloring program.
