That's also how Chapter Master dodged GW's usual Anti-Fan Agenda, it became Interstellar Army Simulator and the 40k stuff became a mod.
>Make a good fangame
>Remove the copyright stuff
>Make the copyright stuff into an optional mod people have to download
>? ? ? ?
>PROFIT

Even better: make a fangame then right before publishing it change every assets and names then develop a patch with the previous build's so that people could still play it as you wanted it to.

That's why Sunman got a Superman hack since they've lost the DC contract.

Words to live by, especially in regards to "N" and their products... Don't even mention an emulator until it's already basically seeded in the far corners of the internet or you could get squashed.

Always remember kids, NEVER talk about your fan project (unless it's Sonic) until AFTER it is done and uploaded. This one here got the good ending.

Hey,
Sorry if its the wrong place to ask and also thanks for this great site. Would it be possible to get the android port here?

Glad to see it's made it here. I offered what i'd had downloaded a while back. But guess that doesn't matter now.

I love how this could be the groundwork for many Metroid remakes (like Super) or even totally original metroidvanias.

The download here didnt have the launcher so nothing auto updated it went straight to v1.1 game.
I downloaded it here again to check, its still 1.1 woth no launcher anywhere in it

I updated it by grabbing the launcher from Git myself

I'll update the entry ASAP then, I didn't know about that update thing. Since I downloaded the 1.5.2 zip file I thought it would be most updated one from the beginning!

The game/launcher should update itself once you start it. I dont know why this didnt happen to you.
