Yellow should be way higher IMO, because it allowed kids to play the anime as it was airing — that alone sets it apart from every other one (and most other games, really) and should give it some extra consideration.

Other than that, I have no opinions on your list.

Sword and Shield is WAY too high, send that down a few dozen tiers.
Most people just rank by gen so this list feels kind of all over the place to me. Here's mine using the final/definitive versions, with the exception of BW & BW2, since they're fairly different and there's merit in playing both.

They're still incredibly unbalanced and hard to go back to with their remakes. Especially GSC. Being an older game shouldn't affect your thoughts, most people still believe the worst Persona was the first one.

My only real issue with gen 2 is the level curve, making repeat playthroughs kind of dull. Pokemon isn't a particularly difficult game but G/S/C is just way too easy.
Gen 1 however is the fun kind of broken, I usually mess around a lot with glitches on my playthroughs.

My issue mostly lies in how everything peaks at Level 46 and now the postgame is full of low levels instead of higher like Black & White would
Also how late it is to get the cooler Johto Pokemon

Pokemon yellow is not in the the top or ruby and Sapphire
But I don't agree with Pokemon Pikachu, it deserves one position higher

I've always seen this entry to be more like a spin-off series set in Kanto than a real remake.
