Yeah, of course i will. Thx for the advice, hope everything works well for you too xD

Knowing the world post 2020, prepare myself for this 2025's arc

Whatchu been doing
For outdoor sports, I've been practicing football a lot. Playing with some of those kids are quite fun too, some have the potential to be better than me

And for gaming, I've finished or beaten the main stuff for at least 30 games. Only a few more before I get a new game

Emulation and programming stuff though, it was one of the biggest things so far for this year. I've learned a lot about emulators, some program and it's updates thanks to channels like Mr Sujano and Dr Brute

I'm gonna try and get a soldering kit and learn how to solder cuz I've been needing to get around to learning that for a very long time

I'm on the exact same situation, but I mostly plan to be as social as I can and make new friends. I used to struggle a lot to talk to people on school, but this year I made friends and evolved a lot. I hope next year I can do better. I hope everyone here achieve their goals too.

This year, I’d like to really step up my drawing efforts — I did a full 30-day course in early 2021 and felt really proud of myself after completing it, but never kept up with it. I’ve still got the itch, though, and I bought a book on cartooning from Ivan Brunetti, so I’m really looking to dedicate some time to it every day. I already know I’ll never be at a “proper” cartoonist’s level, but the ability to sketch out some of the characters in my head would be nice.

Also, I’d really like to write a few RGT articles already! I have some fun ideas for topics… hopefully, if time allows, I’ll be able to publish a few.
That’s cool! I’ve recently had an interest in drawing as well. I just got a pencil set and a sketch book, and I hope to try a little more with that. In my case, I’m just trying to do the very basics. It’s hard to keep confidence, it comes and goes.

Death & Taxes. The only achievements which are unavoidable.

Finishing something pending from years ago ?
and move far away. I feel it. 2025 is the year.
this comes down to:
resolution-or-revolution.

In 2023 I started a big lifestyle change, counting calories and eating in a deficit and lost 50 pounds. In 2024 I started working with a personal trainer along with walking every day and lost another 55 pounds. My goal for 2025 is to lose the last 40 pounds I need to get to a healthy weight, along with finishing the CPA exam, and then putting myself out there to try and meet people for a relationship.

So every year i have some kind of gaming "focus" which is what i prioritize and make a goal. Didnt really do one last year but the year before that i had a point system where if i beat a game its 1 point and if i complete a game its 3 points and i had a goal to hit 50 points. Was a really great motivator to finish games. The year before that was a bunch of final fantasy games and the year before that was yakuza. This year i have picked 20 genres of games that i need to finish a game from to expand my horizons, wish me luck because i rhythm and bullet hell listed and i am ass at both.

Hmm..I have a few ideas. Currently, I like the direction my life is heading in, so I want to keep going. Gym, school, save more, etc. All the usual adult stuff. I want to learn to focus/study better. I guess that's one thing I want to do really bad.

All the usual human things, I suppose. Maintain, seek joy, be worthy of the love I receive and do all I can to deepen it. I started recording some of the things I do for uh, brain reasons, probably going to expand on that.

Three main things, in no particular order:

Build a new gaming rig once the new nvidia 5 series cards hit

Start renovating my house (new carpet, redo the bathroom, paint the kitchen, all new flooring, etc) because this place needs a refresh bad. A lot of this is from the previous owners still.

Finish - or at least come close to finishing - my sci fi novel I want to publish. I have the prologue and the first 2 chapters done. Need to buckle down and do it.
