I had a roommate who let me use his air fryer, it was so much better than an oven. Then he moved out and took it with him, RIP.

Bacon, fries, whatever meat I'm cooking up, I'd even cook a veggie mix like broccoli/peppers/zucchini in it.

I used to have an air fryer that I normally used to fry fries, milanese, chicken (like wings and encounter), etc. Also that it is simple to use simply by setting the temperature you want and frying time as well and best of all, they are fat-free because you can eat something fried normally And every once in a while I would clean with the air fryer especially the slot to put something you want to fry.

I haven't got a standard one, I've got one of the Ninja multi function things.

I've made all kinds of stuff with it that I could make in an air fryer though. The latest was pita chips. It was just an experimental batch but it worked out way better than I expected for just some sliced up pita bread, oil and sea salt.

How the fuck does one air fry Nutella?

A stoner's dream

Recipe (8 cookies)
125g salted butter, room temperature
70g brown sugar
60g white sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
100g plain flour
100g cake/biscuit/pastry flour (or sub for plain flour)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
200g milk chocolate chips
350g+ mini M&M’s (the more the merrier)
8 tbsp Nutella

1.In your glass mixing bowl beat the butter until pale. Then beat the sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, beat until just combined.
2.Sift in the flours, cornstarch, bicarb and baking soda. Fold with a spatula until flour streaks just disappear. Add your milk choc chips and M&M’s, fold through the dough.
3.Divide your dough into 8 portions (~140g each). Flatten each portion, place Nutella in the center and fold the dough around it. Ensure the Nutella is completely encased. Repeat with remaining dough.
4.Refrigerate for 1 day (the longer the better) OR freeze for 2 hours.
5.Preheat your Smith + Nobel XL AirFryer using the preheat function, to 170°C (takes 3 mins). Line the basket with baking paper, place a cookie in each quadrant. Bake for 170°C for 12 minutes. Once cooked let them cool completely in the basket. Then ENJOY!!!! Freeze the remaining 4 portions for next time OR cook them up!

Only ever tried tater tots, never again, it's called AIR fryer but people use it to cook anything else but air.
