Many probably don't know that Afro Samurai has a Manga, that is different from the Series and One Film. Maybe one of the main reasons Afro Samurai may not be so known, or looked at, or thought of like that. Even if seen the Anime or Movie or not. Is due to many not knowing there is a Manga that is different from the anime, even how it is structured. Character's and all... Many's first impression of Afro Samurai is the Animations or Video Games. The anime is more vague, while the manga reveals much more about things and why. The Animated Series and The Movie's story are not separate in the Manga. Maybe some of you know more about how the Games interpret the story. It probably goes more into a Philosophical Point... The anime and movie of Afro Samurai, may not be good first representations of the characters and world, if read through the manga. Possibly this perception can change if more were aware of the differences. Maybe if more knew about the Manga, it would be a complete and utter difference.

There have been plenty of small animated series, with or without much plot. Do you think that with the right Writers, Care, Passion and Respect for the Material, that Afro Samurai could be Extended. Look at Fooly Cooly for example. Could just extend the Manga. Or maybe some things should be left alone for a while, however long that may be.
