DITTO! This is so fun because it helps me understand how my mind works. Im not very good at planning or structuring things first. Planning a trip or an essay isn't my thing, but when i do the work/get my hands dirty, my mind starts racing. Appreciate your post sir.

DITTO! This is so fun because it helps me understand how my mind works. Im not very goodat planning or structuring things first. Planning a trip or an essay structure isnt my thing, but when do the work/get my hands dirty, my mind starts racing. Appreciate your post sir.

I've kept a YT channel for a little over a decade and never advertise it anywhere, because it's purely for fun. If people find it and like it, cool. Most don't, and that's okay too. It gives me the freedom to do it when I want to, and not on a "have to" basis, so it works as a fun hobby.

Interact with and contribute to a niche community like this one and get noticed. Articles, guides, witty conversation, whatever make you charming and/or helpful, make it visible in lots of relevant discussions. Have a unique and hard to miss logo as your PFP that people will associate your actions with. This will organically get the attention of people, some of whom will give your content a chance. Then it's just a matter of making good content that people stick around for.

If they view you both as a good person and a good content creator, now you have a cult following, some of whom will be either people more popular than you who will shill you or people who are talented and will contribute assets like art and music. They'll want to see you succeed.

But the most important thing is that it's all organic. If you're doing all of this JUST to get noticed and not because it's fun, you'll burn yourself out and people will notice. No one likes a poser. It needs to be sincere and not a cold, calculated marketing stunt.

I also planned on joining the writer's guild, so that will help get some more exposure; this community is very chill and i appreciate everyone's vibe. Thank you.
