I tried making the sonic a 32x32 but the size of the image gives bad quality results. The same thing happens when taking the original sprites and sizing them up.
You get a blurry image with little pixel distortion

Or a sharp image with lots of pixel distortion

It would need a redraw to look good.

I know it's not exactly the same thing but I just got done with a redraw for a thinking reaction.

That sonic is just too good not to add.

I think Phoenix's hmmm reaction posted earlier is genuinely useful... other than that I understand not wanting to overwhelm the users with too many reaction options.
