Add reactions to list of emotes for use in posts (plus others)

There was some discussion of it in the Custom Reactions thread and I liked it too, so I figure I'd make it an official suggestion.

I think it’d be nice to make the reactions part of the emoji list too so they can be used in posts instead of relying on the ”Facebook” emojis.
Though I understand if that might look cluttered.

Wouldn't it be possible to add the unused ones or the ones that didn't make it to reactions, to the smilies/emoticon thingies? That way the work put on them isn't lost.

Add reactions to an RGT section in the emote list so we can use them like this:

I wanted to do Telly from Chibi-Robo crying but I have a feeling it wouldn't work so I haven't done anything about it. There's probably a good sprite for crying out there but I also haven't been searching for emotes lately. Now that I think about it, we could have two crying emotes. A goofy one like (Telly) and a serious one like .

Telly didn't work out so great. I'd probably have to redraw it as pixel art for it to look good.

Nothing new here. Just refined the Dry Bones edit a bit more and cleaned up Surprised Pikachu so the face is a little less blurry.

Took a look at the Miles Edgeworth sprite. Too much to redraw and a bit small. As a sample, it would look something like this.

Probably not a good idea to make emotes out of real people. Twitch had an issue with that.

Only problem is nodders and nopers are big (50KB for 48x48, 30KB for 32x32).
Decreasing quality from 75% to 50% didn't reduce size much either.

We have DK Facepalm but there wouldn't be any added as a reaction. There's been a couple times this was discussed but basically it's to avoid anything that might be used as a downvote button.
