I've been talking about this topic for years with all my friends and through youtube and other site comments. I always had the idea of making a youtube channel just so i can express my believes about it, but for now i decided to gather everything i thought and commented on the internet around in only one cohesive text, and want to publish it here.

I tried to copy paste it here, but the forums doesn't allow more then 1000 words (and i'm only at half of my text probably), so I placed my draft on Medium if you want to check it out. For now, it is in portuguese, but once i finish it i'll start translating it to english so you guys can understand.

Sobre Ciclos e Chifres: Explorando a mitologia e continuidade escondida entre Ico, Shadow of the Colossus e The Last Guardian

Is there any suggestion of how can i post it here? Because it's too long and i really believe it wouldn't work as a series of partial posts. The amount of info are too connected to be separate. Is there any way that maybe at least texts in the Opinion (or Essay) category don't have this character limit? I promise to be careful with the layout of the text so that it doesn't look lame and thrown without care.

I cannot see it without logging in.
This sounds to me like you are writing a book.
It may be just too big for this site. There's just no way to increase those limits.

Nah, it's okay.

And yeah i also started to feel like writting one of my university articles lol

It has 2371 word by now, and the limit is actually 1000 (i wrongly said 10k before :p). I'll find a way!!!

The limits are 10,000 characters for forum posts and 30,000 characters for Articles/reviews.
It doesn't count words afaik.

Damn i confused all things!!!!!

Anyway, the facts is that i exceeded the whatever limit and i'm only halfway. So i'll see if i can bring a smaller version to our site and leave the monstruous one to my Medium (or youtube video someday)

Hey, Lucas. For some reason Google Translate taunts me. It gives me about ~4 paragraphs translated and then it switches back to Portuguese. Eek! Either way, it is material like yours I enjoy reading so long after these games have released. Please keep going =)
