People like Entertainment Wrestling and NCAA Style Wrestling. Do many know about 90's Female Japanese Wrestlers? Maybe you all could give more input. How would any Wrestle Watchers compare Japan to Usa? New or Old. Maybe you know more NCAA Style Wrestling, Lucha, Senegalese Wrestling? Other? One that is favorite is Manami Toyota. Possibly through this thread and comments, folk can find something new. Could create a list of Good or Unknown or Unique Wrestles for other to discover. Put together timelines of babyface and heel runs. Compare ones like David Schultz, Steve Austin, Sandman. I had seen some bring up Wrestling here before. So I thought to make this thread.

Lastly. What are y'alls thoughts on Promos and how they can be Improved overall, in y'alls opinions.

Here is an old promo:

Anyway. What are all y'alls thoughts on this?

80s and 90s joshi wrestling is far and away the best wrestling has ever been and likely ever will be. Such a unique confluence of factors at that time make it simply unbeatable. I'd love to write more in depth about it at some point.

Chigusa Nagayo is the greatest wrestler of all time.

Can say bro, since it's old, and i'm not that old, and on the other side, joshis were not that interesting for gaijins, it all explode when otaku-esque crap started to get big on the west.

It could be a good time for puroresu but it's not out time, i don't feel the need to look into it

Old AJW stuff is some of my favorite. I don't have a good resource for it but I'd love to binge the entire run just to see stuff I missed.

I can't really comment in an informed way on modern promo stuff in any promotion because I haven't watched anything other than clips for years, but I will say that the clips are not engaging enough to get me to watch the whole show, for whatever that's worth. It's a different product now and that's great for people who are into it.

Beware: There have been no replies in this thread for 90 days.
Keep that in mind when expecting a reply from the people on it,
You can also start a new thread instead. This is just a heads-up, bumping is allowed in this forum.
