2000

I want to join the cool kids and play Deus Ex eventually. But will I actually play into it? Remains to be seen.
Well what I can say is Deus Ex 1 will play with you like a damn fiddle way more than you play it lol. Make sure you make decisions carefully because this is a game that choices actually matters. It's "immersive sim" for a good reason. It makes you wanna replay the game just to make tiny changes and experience its butterfly effect until the end of the game. Sometimes I intentionally do same things but different things happen. It must be how being stuck in Groundhog Day would be like lol.

I would recommended everyone to ignore Deus Ex 2 unless they are hardcore FPS gamer. It's not like Deus Ex 1 at all. If Deus Ex 1 is Fallout New Vegas, Deus Ex 2 is like The Outer Worlds 1 lol.

However Deus Ex 3 is okay so I would recommend everyone to try it despite it's not good as 1st game but not rubbish as 2nd game. In my Fallout analogy it's more like Fallout 3. I have mixed feelings about 4th game and it's more like "slightly better than 2nd" game. Play it or not, it won't feel the game's existence matters lol. It's empty as much as Fallout 4 to end the analogy.

Friend, your top is fine but in this thread it refers to the specific year (2000) not the decade of the 2000s.

Never played such a BS 3D platformer game other than this cursed game lol. Worst 3D game controls in undeniable way and if you suck at the game it's the game's fault. The game forces tutorial missions that's too slow and hand-holding which I wished no other game ever forced tutorial and you know what? Tutorials sucked my soul so much I just gave up playing the game and never touched it even with 1000 KM long stick lol. Gameplay was just so bad either they didn't properly test it or intentionally made the game hard just to make it hard. To save my hairs from falling due to stress I just stopped playing the game and if the game was mine I would throw it out of my balcony which I always do when a game is rubbish like a tradition but sadly it was my friend's, so as the Sega Dreamcast lol. Perhaps first time in my life I also wanted to throw a video game console out of my balcony too lol. Because of this BS game people had to kidnap me just so I would be okay playing Tony Hawk PS 4 because I thought it would be that BS in same level or worst lol.
Sounds like skill issue mate

No one has to "master" a game to even do basic things just because developers are lazy and/or believe gamers are necessarily masochist, my matey lol. Don't blame yourself when it doesn't have to be your fault, no one has to waste their time and sanity trying to play an awful game. It's a "you problem" if you don't admit the game's gameplay could be decent like how Tony Hawk PS 4 is because no point in making a gameplay that bad. It has no point, it doesn't serve a sense of "difficulty", it doesn't make things fun unless you are a masochist. Carry on lol.

In year 2000 I've played mostly PC CD games which:
  • were never released outside of my region/country/continent
  • have no community talking about it online
  • have no digital release
  • were never archived anywhere
  • I've no access to (since they were mostly borrowed)
Thinking about it just makes my head hurt, nothing else.
I'm curious about the titles if there is any information.

Mario Tennis 64
Wario Land 3
