1997

1. Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee
2. Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back
3. Nightmare Creatures

4. Disney's Action Game Featuring Hercules
5. The Lost World: Jurassic Park

There were some better games released that year, but those were my favourites of the ones I had growing up

#1: Final Fantasy VII (PlayStation)
#2: Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PlayStation)
#3: Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back (PlayStation)
#4: Battle Arena Toshinden 3 (PlayStation)
#5: Diddy Kong Racing (Nintendo 64)

Holy Crap, Harvest Moon was released in 1997...man I totally forgot that.

1. Megaman Legends
2. Final Fantasy Tactics
3. Mario Kart 64
4. Resident Evil
5. Castlevania Symphony of the Night

Game I totally played the most is Harvest Moon. I love that genre of games tbh

and when 1998 comes out, hands down PARASITE EVE takes all 5 slots. That is my favorite game on the psx.

1-Klonoa Door to Phantomile
2-Soul Hackers
3-Groove on Fight
4-Mischief Makers
5-Bulk Slash

Einhander, Megaman Legends, Star Fox 64, Ace Combat 2, Crash 2, Oddworld Abe's Odysee, Castlevania SOTN, Goldeneye 007, Diddy Kong Racing, Rival Schools, The Last Blade, Tekken 3, KOF 97, Pandemonium 2, Bushido Blade, Tomb Raider 2, Silhoutte Mirage, Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter, Armored Core, Real Bout Fatal Fury Special, Ghost in the Shell, Blast Corps Battle Circuit, Asuka 120% and Batrider were bangers too

  1. Final Fantasy VII
  2. Blood
  3. Shadow Warrior
  4. Mega Man Legends
  5. Symphony of the Night
I almost put Klonoa on the list, but I never finished it. Also, the two mission packs for Quake came out in 1997, and I like those better than all these things except FF7, because Quake is supreme.

1. Castlevania Symphony of the Night
2. Diablo
3. Tekken 3
4. Gran Turismo
5. WCW vs. NWO: World Tour
