100% complete Sonic fan games

I'm looking for Sonic fangames that are 100% finished. I've found some like Sonic Tameshi, Sonic 3D in 2D, Sonic Time Twisted, and Sonic Triple Trouble 16 Bits. I can't remember any others.

Also, I just never get tired of recommending Sonic Robo Blast 2 enough because of all the variety of community-made addons at the SRB2 message board, the amount of characters and stages alone makes it a compelling experience worth checking out.
Same for Ring Racers, both are just so amazing in the hours of content regard.

Sonic Before/After the Sequel (although the later got remasters).

Sonic GT (it's only four levels long but is technically complete with multiple playable characters).

Sonic The Hedgehog 3D (a fangame in the Build Engine).

Technically Robo Blast 2 is still "incomplete" (yes) because it lacks Dark City and Grand Eggship (formerly known as Doomship before Deep Sea had the same initials). I hope we'll see Red Volcano's second act very soon and I think that the game is still very complete as it is despite the lack of those two zones.

I just wish the team would stop trying to reinvent the wheel about the physics and level design for Greenflower Zone and focus on adding those new zones then they could refine what is present (like how Egg Rock Act 2 is mostly the same as the 2.X branch).
