I readed somewhere that the game was rushed because Capcom wanted to take advantage of Mega Man 2's commercial success and because of that there are some things unfinished or unpolished like the Top Spin ability draining way too fast, the lack of a introduction screen previous to the title one or that you can may be softocked if you lack of energy for the Rush abilities in certain points.

I readed somewhere that the game was rushed because Capcom wanted to take advantage of Mega Man 2's commercial success and because of that there are some things unfinished or unpolished like the Top Spin ability draining way too fast, the lack of a introduction screen previous to the title one or that you can may be softocked if you lack of energy for the Rush abilities in certain points.

Wow, that's make sense why the top spin is trash, also the final boss is super easy, but even with all that, they managed to have a lot of content, albeit recycled.
I remember a bug I always do when I play MM3 and is use the rush jet before unlock it, only you need the weapon of shadow man and snake man, the in the menu position the cursor in shadow man's weapon, push Left and the rush jet appears but is invisible
