Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles (バイオハザード ダークサイド・クロニクルズ) is a Light Gun/Rail Shooter video game published by Capcom and developed by Capcom, Cavia released on November 17th, 2009 for the Wii.
Let's continue the streak of lightgun Resident Evil with two of my favorite Wii titles, "Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles" and "Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles".
This one here is Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles which is the sequel of the Resident Evil Chronicles dualogy, this game was also released for the Playstation 3 in HD with Playstation Move support.
This one is a retelling of the events of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica with a few changes and alternative story elements as well as an all new original story with Leon and Krauser, it plays like a traditional lightgun game where you aim to the screen with the Wii remote and shoot with the trigger (think House of the Dead but with Resident Evil story) making it a short fun arcade experience to relive these events in an afternoon.
