The style of the videos is going to be simple vtuber, like the new milky mew 'model', just image with some basic movement on the eyes, I am low on budget, so I cannot hire or take commissions, as I am new to that, I would like some tips on how to the whole vtuber scenery like animate it, every tip and criticism is going to be helpful and much appreciated. Also as I do not know about the website policies regarding media, so until notice, I am not going to talk about the website, thank you very much for reading, and thank you very much for the website for the great roms and system files.
