"Tokusatsu is a Japanese term meaning "special filming or special effects" commonly referring to live-action films and television series that heavily utilize practical special effects, such as suitmation (monsters in suits), miniatures, and explosions. It encompasses a wide range of genres, including giant monster movies (kaiju), superhero shows (henshin heroes), and science fiction series"
Popular examples of Tokusatsu would be Power Rangers, Super Sentai, Kamen Rider, Ultraman, or Godzilla.

I'll start off with a few example games that I know of:

Kamen Rider Super Climax Heroes (PSP)
This game is a crossover fighting game that features Kamen Riders from many past series. It's never been localized into English, but since its a fighting game its easy to figure it out. Its not a particularly deep fighter; at the last moment of every fight your special gauge will fill up and you're able to spam your signature move to quick end the fight.

ZHP Unlosing Ranger vs Darkdeath Evilman (PSP)
This game was created by the same team that created Disgaea and has the familiar charm and humor as that series. Unlike Disgaea, its not a Tactical RPG but rather a roguelike, entering dungeons, picking up weapons, and action-based combat. However, like Disgaea, some of the mechanics are very familiar, like the grid layout, throwing mechanics, mission chapter system, etc. And like Disgaea, you'll also be required to grind some of the missions over and over to prepare yourself adequately for the next one.

Viewtiful Joe (PS2/GCN)
I haven't actually played this one yet, but its on my list of games to try next.

MegaMan Star Force (NDS)
I've just recently started this one. I was recommended it by a thread on /r/Tokusatsu, without their recommendation I would never have made the connection that it is actually pretty Toku-like. In this series, the main protagonist Geo Stelar actually transforms into MegaMan, complete with a henshin transformation sequence. The card-based fighting system is very reminiscent of Kamen Rider Ryuki and both series also have their heroes entering an unseen world (mirror world and wave world) to do combat against malevolent foes.

As a super fan of everything toku and especially Kamen Rider (peep the pfp lol) I'd say super climax hero is probably the gold standard. The amount of characters from each era is incredible, however I would love if they would make a new one with the rest of the heisei era and all of the current reiwa era. Or better yet a 2d arcsys fighter would be a gift sent from the heavens.

Kamen Rider Kabuto for the PS2
It is really awesome how every playable character has a intro.

Made by the person behind Boku no natsuyasumi ("My summer holiday") series. I enjoyed just exploring the town and hanging out playing card games with friends. It's more of a relaxing game where giant monster battles and kaijus are more commonplace.

I remember this coming in the mail and going "I am out for the day, don't call me".
Kamen Rider: Climax Fighters.
I also liked the Agito game on PS1.
