Your favorite animal and why?

Alright people listen up its time to get down to real business and asking the important questions is a must! For that im asking the following question:

What are your favorite animal/animals? But knowing them isn't enough so we need to know WHY the WHY is essential.

(Preferably read with a drill instructor tone for lore accuracy)


Personally my favorite animal has to the crocodile followed by the snake one is a vicious amphibious predator with immensely strong jaw and ambush method of killing.

The other hiss sounds are intimidating and snakes look very cool they don't even need legs or arms just swoop in like that.

(Both look cool anyway but that's not the enough of a reason)

I have always been drawn to penguins, hummingbirds and rats.

They are all survivors in their own ways.

The hummingbirds take advantage of their miniscule size and high agility to sweep in and take whatever they want before anyone can notice or do something about it... And I like how they all have bright colors just to rub it in.

The rats... well, they are naturals. There's a great quote that says something like "if you wanna know a city, ask the rats".

And the penguins just chill on the most frozen landscapes, like daring you to approach.

All of them, minus the human beings. Why? Because every specie has their peculiarity and awesomeness.

My favourite is cat because…why not? Anyway, the real reasons is they keep appearing in front of my home and all of them looked cute of course…and they're hungry. That's that cat distribution system and I'll take care all of them!

Octopus, so odd and unlike just about anything else on earth. Very intelligent, naturally curious and able to solve problems and even open jars. Watched a documentary about them back in the 90s and have been fascinated about them ever since.

Pangolins! They're little armored tanks with an upright stride like a t-rex and are absolute cuties! The black-bellied pangolin in particular has beautiful scales and a long, prehensile tail that it uses to climb trees.
