World Reset

Okay so, hypothetical situation here: someone up there on the ministry of world affairs tripped on the wrong cord and shut down the planet. They had a good backup of you and the general environment of the planet to ensure livability, but you became human zero.

To try and fix this blunder, they give the right to make one character come into being to be a companion. What would that character be?

In my case, the first that came to mind is Belldandy from Oh My Goddess: she is warm, nurturing and a bit naive and silly, a perfect companion for the long run.

Guy would not only restore the world, but make it a million times better.

That it will eventually repeat itself trapping us in a loop of destruction and rebirth

So i chose Felix The Cat from the black and white cartoons, sure The one with the magic bag looks like a good choice, but he only have one for ALL civilization, contrasting the crazy crap Inkblot cartoons pull OG Felix would fix everything in seconds

I'll have to make a lot of assumptions. Let's say I can't make my companion God, who could simply remake everything in a few days. Also, repopulation of earth wouldn't be possible with just us two and that ministry has no way of achieving that either. When you say environment, I think of flora, not fauna, so that would mean no animals. We'd need to live of plants.

Considering all of that, what would remain for my companion and me to do is living out the rest of our lifes, peacefully and in tranquillity. It would also mean that I can choose whoever I want, without the need to be concerned about the civilization rebuilding qualities or protect-me-against-wildlife skills. We could probably just loot everything or start a farm.

That leaves me with only one sensible choice. My already in the waifu thread mentioned husbando Venti.

Hm. If we assume repopulation is a thing they want, I need someone to do that with. But they also need to be able to clone themselves and travel through time to... go get people from the future old enough to also reproduce? But then it just gets into a weird inbred thing, and no one wants that.
