Wild Arms ps1 - italian - Problem

Hello, i don't if this is the right channel for asking, i'm new.
I wanted to play this old and beautiful game from the past and i'm using the duckstation emulator.
I tried so much times on it but there are always a freeze part, when the cinematic started. I can't go ahead ç_ç
I don't know how to do.
I have the same rom for psp and it's work, i never had this problem. How can i resolve it?

Which version of Duckstation are you using? Which bios are you using?
Latest nightly build is compatible with both PAL & NTSC versions.
Use this version here @ https://retrogametalk.com/repository/psx-iso/wild-arms-europe/
Attached is what I'm using & verifying it works.

After relentless testing it works fine using Xebra.
Now I know what you mean. The game goes into a black screen using Duckstation & does not load.
Seems silly & pointless to use another emulator to get the game to work but it works either way.

Rename bios to OSROM with no file extension for example .bin

Ok i tried with this Ares, but he can't recognise on the menù the pad. It's a ps4 joystick.

PS: Ok i found how to fix it, maybe this time will work. I'll cross my fingers.

Okay, I've tested it again only using the stable "rolling" build of Duckstation @ https://github.com/stenzek/duckstation/releases/download/latest/duckstation-windows-x64-release.zip

It works using SCPH-7502 bios

I've got the game to boot using openbios.bin from this emulator as well.
