What the title says. Help! Is there a way to configure that? The Wiimote cursor only appears when I hold the phone with the screen facing up. Fortunately for me, that's the only problem, as the emulation seems to work fine apart from that detail. (the cursor goes where I touch on the screen and also, when the game asks me to shake the Wiimote, I shake the phone and it recognizes it as the Wiimote)

Is there a way to have the cursor present at all times?

Try this:
This is not my video, but I hope it helps. Android set-up is at 6:16.

Happy Gaming!
Thanks, but sadly, the 6:16 minute mark isn't what I was looking for 😔
Whatever, I won't let that stop me from playing Pandora's Tower, although I'll still try to find the way. Thanks again!

I think it only works that way because the emulator thinks you're pointing a wiimote at the screen. It would've been cool if you could bind such actions to a button but from what I know there is no way to do this. I think you're just gonna have to use it like that even if it gets very annoying in some games.

Sometimes I play just Dance with the my controller, I have to point it into the screen like a gun, then the finger is always pointing left

Well if you have wii controllers and a powerful pc or mobile you can play them with dolphin emulator so easy but if you don't have controllers on pc it's a bit hard(I use a old dolphi emulator for GameCube and it support keyboard very good but I'm not sure about wii console) on mobile phones well I've playing Mario Paper wii and resident evil dark chaldroid(not sure about second name) and it wasn't very good at my phone. Mario Paper plays good with some lag and FPS problem but resident evil was a bad 3 gigabyte mistake! It was completely broken. FPS never reach 20 in main gameplay and speed is so low. Changing speed doesn't help even a bit. But you can play them on Mobile phone with no need to controllers. I more suggest GameCube on dolphin it is so good for a lot of good games.

Uh, I guess there's a bit of confusion: my exact problem is about the Wiimote inside the emulator... I'll try to explain.

I'm referring to the blue cursor that appears above "Nuevo diario de viaje" in this image.
The problem is that it's only controllable, with your fingers, when the phone is facing up. That's a bit awkward, and while it doesn't make things unplayable, it does feel a bit clunky at times. Fortunately, I have no fps issues and the games (Twilight Princess and Pandora's Tower) run fine.

Okay okay ah you gonna have some problem.... this blue cursor is actually work with real movement of wii remot. On dolphin you need use your finger to move it but it isn't easy.try move your phone around a bit and move your finger on screen after some try you find it start to move. A bit hard sometime but possible.

I think I understand what you mean, but that's not exactly the problem: the problem is that the phone has to be with the screen facing up, literally facing upwards, always, so I can control the cursor with my fingers. That's the only problem, I can't control the cursor with my fingers when I have the phone with the screen facing anywhere else because it literally turns off.

I think with a orginal Wii remotes it work.
I see a guide show how make a controller for Nintendo switch! I think it could be possible to make a Wiimote too.

I've downloaded Dolphin to see if I could get this to work. Sorry if this is too late of a response.

In Settings -> Wii Input -> Wii Remote 1 (select Gear icon), I clicked on Profiles, which showed me this screen:

I downloaded the "Wii Remote with MotionPlus Pointing" Profile. I also checked "Motion Input" to Enable Pointing if it wasn't already enabled. I didn't mess with my "Motion Simulation" settings.

In a game, and I went to my Overlay Settings and set IR Mode to Follow.

The Pointer seems to remain on screen unless I use the Dpad (which if I recall, is normal for Wii Sports). if I hold my finger to the screen for a moment if the Pointer is not on screen, then the Pointer shows up. I can use the Pointer without holding the screen upwards.

If this doesn't help, let me know what your settings are for Motion Simulation. I have a hunch that the problem could be from there.

In fact I didn't change the settings for best performance. I will try it.
