When you turn widescreen rendering on in Duckstation while emulating Ancient Roman - Power of Dark Side, your character spawns in a different place when loading in a new area. In certain areas, you can get stuck in the walls. Is there any other psx game that does this when you turn on widescreen rendering in Duckstation?

Not spawning in a different location, but with Parasite Eve I notice Aya will clip through objects on the walls and walk into them sometimes.

What Happens is that 2D games Pre-Rendered that are supposedly 3D (except for 3D model ones like sprites and objects) are not designed to be played on Widescreen Hack because the 3D sprites are misaligned and that is evident in the games of Square (Various Games) and Capcom Games like the Biohazard ~ Resident Evil Trilogy and even Dino Crisis 2 for example and among other games that use this visual technique.

is this that one game thats supposedly the worst JRPG in existence?
Yes, unfortunately it is

DuckStation does specify to leave Widescreen Rendering setting to off, as it states, "May not be compatible with all games." Especially this abomination.
