I think games like Star wars outlaws and Concord and probably the new assassin's creed are really showing that even the most casual gamers who don't follow the industry are sick of this shit. I hate to see games fail simply because I love the medium and want there to be games for everyone even if they aren't for me, but it is oddly satisfying to see the rejection of this stuff.
