It's a song about healing (hapna drug link)... It could be that the show is taking this concept and applying it both on an individual level but on a larger scale of humankind as whole. Of course it's down to the individual to decide, but based on what I've read, and what I've seen of the show so far, I strongly disagree that he's trying to do another Bebop.
