Where do you emulate games most of the time?

PC and sometimes my modded Xbox .

Till i mod another console for easier access to squeeze all roms and emus into it .

...i think i purchase a ps3 just to mod it.

A 3ds is the best way to emulate the SNES, bar none. I'll die on this hill.

I personally like to emulate PS2 and PSX on my deck, but I also have a 3ds for SNES and, well, 3ds games.

I actually prefer emulating the SNES on my PS3 so that I can throw the game up on the TV.
The original PS1 controller was modeled after the SNES controller (it would be near identical if the west hadn't switched the X and O buttons), so it also has the perfect layout to authentically play the SNES.
