Where can I create my own website?

UEI really wanted to create my own website, my personal blog.

Go with Neocities, it's a good option.

The easiest way I know is to use NeoCities. It lets you have full control on the stuff you make. There are other web hosting thingie-majigs (I am not all to knowledgeable on web development), but NeoCities never failed me.

For actually learning basic HTML & CSS, W3Schools is a great resource. It gives you all of the things you need. I even used it in school to make a text adventure game, along with making ASCII art.

It's relatively easy to use HTML & CSS if you are just using it as a hobby and you aren't trying to be all "corporate-professional" with it.

A maneira mais fácil que conheço é usar o NeoCities. Ele permite que você tenha controle total sobre o que cria. Existem outros serviços de hospedagem de sites (não sou muito experiente em desenvolvimento web), mas o NeoCities nunca me decepcionou.

Para aprender HTML e CSS básicos, o W3Schools é um ótimo recurso. Ele oferece tudo o que você precisa. Eu até o usei na escola para criar um jogo de aventura em texto, além de fazer arte em ASCII.

É relativamente fácil usar HTML e CSS se você estiver usando apenas como hobby e não estiver tentando ser muito "profissional-corporativo".
